Cash flow, automated

Get paid faster — without chasing a soul.

Instalments lines up every instalment, sends reminders before the due date, and keeps your receivables in order — so payments arrive on time and you stop chasing.

More than 10 years managing receivables — now run by the latest technology.

A business owner overwhelmed, holding her head amid scattered invoices and paperwork.
Chapter 01 · The problem

Chasing money you've already earned.

A figure buried in loose papers, rendered in red — the weight of manual collections.

Every cycle, it's the same grind. Instalments tracked by hand, due dates scattered across tabs, reminders no one remembered to send. A client slips past the due date, falls into default, and now someone has to call, re-issue and chase what was already agreed. The money is yours — it's just stuck.

Chapter 03 · Why Instalments

Built for what generic tools never quite get right.

Off-the-shelf accounting software handles transactions. Off-the-shelf payment processors handle cards. Neither was built for the messy, recurring, rules-per-client reality most operations actually run on. That gap is where we live.

Cubes of operational verbs — schedule, reconcile, integrate — in green.

Reason 01

Scales with your business, not your payroll.

The work that used to need two more hires now runs quietly in the background. When you double the number of plans, you don't double the admin — the platform absorbs the load while your headcount stays the same. Growth stops being something your back office has to survive, and becomes something the system just handles. You take on more clients; your team feels less pressure, not more.

Reason 02

Receivables under control.

Every plan tracked, every due date covered, every reminder sent on time — automatically. Nothing slips through the cracks or quietly drifts into default while everyone assumes someone else was watching it. At any moment you can see exactly where each account stands: what's due, what's paid, what needs attention. The guesswork and the end-of-month scramble disappear, and your receivables become something you actually control instead of chase.

Reason 03

Time back to grow.

Think about the hours your team pours into reminders, spreadsheets and reconciliation every single cycle — and how little of it actually grows the business. Instalments hands those hours back. The repetitive admin runs itself, so your people stop chasing payments and start doing the work only humans can do: winning clients, improving the service, building what's next. The same team, freed to move the business forward instead of just keeping the lights on.

Reason 04

Automation handles the load. Your people handle the calls.

Automation is powerful, but it shouldn't make decisions about your clients on its own — and here it doesn't. The AI carries the volume: the scheduling, the invoicing, the routine reminders. But anything with a judgement call — an exception, a sensitive account, a plan that needs changing — is handed to a person on your team. You set the rules for what runs on its own and what waits for review. The result is the speed of automation with the judgement of your best person still in the room.

Reason 05

Proven, then automated.

This isn't automation dreamed up in a vacuum. It comes from more than ten years spent managing receivables and untangling the kind of messy, real-world transactions that break generic tools. We know where payment plans go wrong because we've fixed it by hand, at scale, for years. What you get is that hard-won experience — now taken to its best with the latest technology, so the judgement is proven and the execution is instant.

Reason 06

Clear, transparent books.

Because invoices are created, updated and marked automatically in your accounting software, your records never drift out of sync with reality. There's no re-keying, no "which spreadsheet is right", no month-end reconciliation marathon. Everyone works from the same clear picture — you, your team, and your clients — so questions are answered in seconds and trust is never in doubt. Clean books aren't a chore you catch up on; they're just how the system leaves things.

Trust & security

No. Instalments never touches, holds or moves money — we handle information, not funds. We organise your instalments, create and update invoices in your accounting software, and send reminders before due dates. The money always moves directly between your customer and your own accounts. (We're not buy-now-pay-later like Afterpay or Zip — they lend to your customers; we simply automate your admin.)
It's designed so a mistake can't quietly become a problem. The system handles the repetitive work, but anything with stakes — an exception, a change to a plan, a message that isn't routine — is routed to a person on your team. You set what runs automatically and what waits for review, and every action is logged. A human catches it before it reaches your customer.
No — nothing goes out that you haven't set up or approved. Reminders and messages follow the schedule, wording and tone you define, and only go to your clients if you choose to enable it. Anything outside the routine waits for a human. You can see what's scheduled, pause it, or change it at any time.
Your data is held on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is tightly controlled so only authorised people can reach it. We treat your information and your customers' information as private and confidential — we don't sell it, share it, or reuse it for anything beyond running your service.
We take privacy seriously and handle personal information responsibly and confidentially. Our privacy policy sets out plainly what we collect, why, how it's used, and how it's protected. We don't repurpose your data or your customers' data for anything outside the service you've engaged us for.
Only the people you authorise. Access is role-based, so you decide who on your team can view or act on what, and each person sees only what they need. On our side, access is limited to what's strictly necessary to operate and support the service, under strict confidentiality.

Pricing & terms

Pricing is tailored to each business rather than forced into fixed tiers, because the amount of work the system takes on varies from one operation to the next. We look at your volume, the complexity of your plans, and the scope of what you want automated, then quote a number that reflects the value to your business — with no surprise fees.
We'd rather earn your business each month than trap you in it. We'll be upfront about terms before you sign anything, so there's no fine print or hidden commitment to discover later. We'll set out exactly what you're agreeing to, in plain language, before you start.
There's no hard minimum. We work with businesses from those running a handful of plans a month to operations handling thousands, and the setup scales to wherever you are. Smaller teams often feel the relief fastest, because the manual work was eating a larger share of their time.
The system flags the request and hands the decision to your team — it doesn't try to resolve disputes or rewrite plans on its own. You can pause, adjust, reschedule or cancel a plan as needed, and the change is recorded with a clear note of what happened and when.

Getting started

No. Instalments sits alongside the tools you already rely on rather than replacing them. Your accounting platform stays where it is and keeps doing its job; we handle the scheduling, reminders and invoice admin around it. The goal is to remove manual effort, not to make you migrate.
Most businesses are up and running in days, not months. We map how you currently handle plans, invoicing and reminders, then tailor the system to match your workflow. We do the heavy lifting of configuration, and because it fits around your existing tools, there's no long migration.
It connects with accounting software like Xero, so it can create invoices, update them and mark them paid without you opening the tool — along with the bank feeds and payment tools businesses commonly use. Tell us what's in your stack during onboarding and we'll confirm how it fits.
Any model built on recurring or scheduled payments — education, property, recruitment, insurance, health and fitness, and subscription services are common examples. What matters is the pattern: money owed over time, across many clients, with a cycle of invoicing and reminders that repeats.
It starts with a short conversation about how you get paid today. If there's a fit, we map your workflow, tailor the system to it, and carry the setup so your team keeps running the business while it's built. You'll know what to expect at each step.
We're onboarding businesses now, and it begins with a conversation rather than a sign-up wall. You tell us how you get paid, we tell you honestly whether there's a fit, and if there is, we map out what setup would look like for you. There's no commitment in that first conversation.
